Founder & Chief Investment Officer
Patrick Feeley founded Sargasso Capital Management in 2026 to pursue a constructivist strategy focused on small and mid-cap public equities with operational gaps in AI adoption.
Prior to Sargasso, Patrick was Chief of Staff to Vivek Ramaswamy at Strive Asset Management, where he helped scale the firm to over $1 billion in AUM in its first year, and subsequently served as Chief of Staff on Vivek's 2024 presidential campaign. He then joined Roivant Sciences during a period in which the firm's market capitalization grew from approximately $8 billion to $15 billion, holding roles of increasing responsibility across its AI health technology ventures and at the parent-firm level.
Patrick is a graduate of Yale College and is based in New York.
